Students turned in their "Starters" worksheet - they were due today. We reviewed what stress and stressors are. We have talked a lot about stressors. With that, students were given an assignment named "Stressors". Students were to write down two stressors in each of the categories of the health triangle - Physical, Mental/Emotional, and Social. For each stressor, write down a way you can get rid of/deal with that stressor. This assignment was due today at the end of class.
Take Away: Identify the stressors in our lives and the origin of those stressors.
