Tuesday November 10 (Health)

Lately, we've been talking about the stressors in our lives, and about ways to help get rid of stress. A few ways that you can help eliminate stress in your own lives are through relaxation and humor. Every one should always take a little time away for him or herself each day to help decrease stress in his or her life.

Take Away: Recognize causes of stress and learn how to get rid of it.
