Today the students watched the video "Obesity In A Bottle". They were given a packet to complete during the video. Included in the packet is a "Drinking Log" where students need to document his/her beverage servings for five days. This packet is due Monday November 30th in Health class.
Homework - Be prepared and ready for the Soccer test on Wednesday. Purchase a heart rate monitor strap ($5.00) in the main office if you haven't already.
