Today, we had a quick fitness day while the students practiced using the Heart Rate Monitors again in class. Remember to purchase a heart rate monitor strap in the main office if you haven't already. Students will be using these throughout the remainder of their 8th grade year, as well as in 9th grade. Not having a heart rate strap during class when we're using them will result in a loss of daily PE participation points.
Homework - Purchase a heart rate monitor strap ($5.00) in the main office if you haven't already. Keep the strap in your PE locker so that you have it available.
