Today, students learned the different skills used in basketball: ball handling, dribbling, passing, and shooting. The best way to teach and learn a new sport is to start with the fundamentals. There are three different types of passes in basketball: chest pass, bounce pass, and overhead pass. When it comes to shooting, students need to remember the acronym "B.E.E.F.":
B - balance
E - eyes
E - elbow
F - follow through
